This meditation will leave you feeling relaxed when you follow the simple steps and fully engage yourself

It is beautifully described and gives you a simple understanding of the seven major chakras, sometimes known as energy centres.

As a therapist, I work with the seven major chakras and during a client session I am clearing and balancing them. This leaves clients feeling very relaxed and aches and pains disappear during sessions.

Often clients comment on how free their body feels and the normal aches and pains they suffer are simply not there at the end of their sessions.
